Location: Seaford, South Australia
Project Type: Ground-floor Concrete and Formwork for an Education Facility
Overview: This project comprised the complete delivery of the ground-floor concrete and formwork, including all labour, materials, equipment, planning and set-out in compliance with Australian Standards, the Building Code of Australia and relevant statutory requirements. Our strict adherence to these standards provided the client with assurance as to the quality and regulatory compliance of the completed work.
The job comprised site preparation, formwork construction, suspended slab preparation, reinforcement installation and major concrete pours using boom pump operations. CSMI was responsible for all associated safety, project coordination and surveying activities that were needed to complete the job in accordance with client specifications.

Project Type: Footing Works and Corrective Ground Preparation for a residential property
Overview: This project involved completing footing, excavation, backfilling and concrete-pour works, including re-excavation of the garage and external footings, removal of water and sludge, placement of aggregate for moisture control and reinstatement of driveway access. The scope also included on-site delivery and installation of reinforcement, completion of the footing beams in two concrete pours and final site trim to prepare the area for subsequent trades. Location: Aldinga, South Australia
Project Type: Raft-Slab Footing Construction for a residential build
Overview: This project involved delivering raft-slab footing works, including site preparation and compaction at bench level, supplying quarry materials, and executing full excavation and construction of RF1 footings, piers, and a 130 mm slab foundation. The scope also covered reinforcement and slab mesh installation, pumping and placing 32 MPa concrete, applying curing and white-ant treatment before final trimming to prepare for stormwater works.
